By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 975 platform available at https://975.one (hereinafter referred to as "975," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 975 platform. Continued use of the platform following any posted update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Access to and use of the 975 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended 975 account. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 975 or by any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR's self-exclusion program.

975 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, or voter's ID). Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings accrued during the unverified period may be withheld.

To access the full range of 975 games and services, you must complete the registration process and create a single personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one 975 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 975 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Accurate Information: All personal details provided at registration — including full name, date of birth, address, and payment method details — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Account Ownership: Your 975 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
• Notification of Compromise: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 975 support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension for your protection.

975 supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your 975 wallet instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts. You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and processing times of that method. 975 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking business days.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request. These limits may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice.
• Anti-Money Laundering: 975 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and to report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee may be applied to dormant account balances in accordance with applicable regulations. You will be notified before any fee is applied.

975 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 975 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any player from any promotion without prior notice.
• Abuse Prevention: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or coordinating with other players — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Modification and Cancellation: 975 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, any bonus funds already credited will remain subject to the original wagering requirements.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.

All games available on the 975 platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, bingo rooms, and specialty games such as Mermaid Fishing and Mines Grand — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface, as well as the general gameplay conditions below.

• Random Number Generation: All non-live games on 975 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to determine outcomes. These systems are regularly tested to ensure fairness and unpredictability.
• Live Casino: Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment. The results of live games are final once the round is closed by the dealer.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 975 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or multiplayer formats
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to 975 support immediately
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 975 platform
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases take effect immediately.

All content on the 975 platform — including but not limited to the 975 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 975 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 975 platform without prior written consent from 975.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 975 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond 975's reasonable control
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that contains errors or inaccuracies
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 975's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

975 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age
• Violation of the single-account policy
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that has not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your 975 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.

Your use of the 975 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on 975, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of the 975 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
